懐かしの地のクリスマスツリー。
時の経過を感じる・・・。

皆既日食の直前

もうすぐ皆既日食だー。
でも、曇っている・・・。

But it is cloudy.

いろいろな青

あおい空、あおい海。
青にも、いろいろな青がある。
人にも、いろいろな人がいる。
空みたいな人、海みたいな人。

There is various blue colors.
There is various person too.
A person with sky-like mind and a person with sea-like mind.

昼と夜の境目

金の太陽が沈むと、ダイヤのような星空が現れる。
銀の月はお休み中。
もうすぐ、皆既日食の日だ。

蓮の花と五重の塔

蓮の花と五重の塔。
ノスタルジーを感じる僕は、やっぱり日本人なんだなー。

つりがね草

つりがね草の花が、雨に濡れて一層キレイ。
相乗効果だね。

白いアジサイって、初めて見た。
こんな花があるなんて、知らなかったなー。

水玉模様のクローバー。
水も生きているみたい。

でも、梅雨の季節のパステルカラーと言えば、あじさいだね。
しとしと雨が多くて、梅雨らしい日々。

シロツメグサ。またの名をクローバー。
花は白くて丸くて、はらっぱに浮かんでいる感じ。

たんぽぽの綿毛

たんぽぽの綿毛って、いつ見ても面白いなー。
ふわふわ〜って、飛ばしたくなるよね。

桜が満開。
風が吹くと、花びらがキレイに舞う。

夕焼けと富士山

夕焼けに映える富士山。
やっぱり大きいなー。
でも、写真じゃ伝わらないなー。

大きな虹

夕方、今日はあたたかい日だなーと思っていたら突然の雨。
そして虹が出た。
大きいなー。

At sunset, I felt that it was a warm day, then it rained suddenly.

水の教訓

一、自ら活動して他を動かしむるは水なり
一、常に己の進路を求めて止まらざるは水なり
一、障害に遭いて激しく勢力を百倍するは水なり
一、自ら潔くして他の汚濁を洗い清濁併せて寄る量あるは水なり

そして、こんな言葉もあった。
水からも学ぶことがある。

The water moves by oneself and it moves others.
The water is always looking for where to flow and it doesn't stop.
The water flows stronger and stronger when it is dammed up.
The water has enough quantity to clean oneself and others.

There were above words, too.
We can learn many things from the water.

老人の心訓

一、老人で一番寂しいことは、する仕事のない事
一、老人で一番みじめなことは、身体が不自由で立ち居振る舞ができない事
一、老人で一番悲しいことは、敬して遠ざけられる事
一、老人で一番醜いことは、過去にしがみつく事
一、老人で一番楽しいことは、社会に役立つ事
一、老人で一番美しいことは、若者の邪魔にならず若い者のため陰の力になれること
一、老人で一番貴いことは、死を忘れないこと

そういえば、これがじいちゃんの部屋にあった。

To the elderly, it is the most miserable thing that they can't move by oneself because the body is inconvenient.
To the elderly, it is the loneliest thing that they are kept away because they are respected.
To the elderly, it is the most shameful thing that they persist in the past.
To the elderly, it is the most graceful thing that they are useful for the society.
To the elderly, it is the most beautiful thing that they don't disturb the youth and they support the youth hiddenly.
To the elderly, it is the noblest thing that they don't forget to die.

That reminds me, there were these words in my grandfather's room.

青春/YOUTH

建築家の安藤忠雄さんの講演で紹介された詩。

青春とは人生の一時期のことではなく心のあり方のことだ。
若くあるためには、創造力・強い意志・情熱・勇気が必要であり、
安・易（やすき）に就こうとする自らを戒め、冒険する心を忘れてはならない。
人間は年齢（とし）を重ねた時老いるのではない。理想をなくした時老いるのである。
歳月は人間の皮膚に皺を刻む
が情熱の消失は心に皺を作る。
悩みや疑い・不安や恐怖・失望、これらのものこそ若さを消滅させ、
雲ひとつない空のような心をだいなしにしてしまう元凶である。
六十歳になろうと十六歳であろうと人間は、驚きへの憧憬・夜空に輝く星座の
煌きにも似た事象や思想に対する敬愛・何かに挑戦する心・子供のような探究心・
人生の喜びとそれに対する興味を変わらず胸に抱くことができる。
人間は信念とともに若くあり、疑念とともに老いる。自信とともに若くあり、恐怖とともに老いる。
希望ある限り人間は若く、失望とともに老いるのである。
自然や神仏や他者から、美しさや喜び・勇気や力などを感じ取ることができる限り、
その人は若いのだ。
感性を失い、心が皮肉に被われ、嘆きや悲しみに閉ざされる時、人間は真に老いるのである。
そのような人は神様のあわれみを乞うしかない。

YOUTH Samuel Ullman

Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of
mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips
and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a
quality of the imagination, a vigor of the
emotions; it is the freshness of the deep
springs of life.
Youth means the temperamental predomi-
nance of courage over timidity of the appetite,
for adventure over the love of ease. This often
exists in a man of sixty more than a boy of
twenty. Nobody grows old merely by a number
of years. We grow old by deserting out ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up
enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-
distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back
to dust.
Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every
human being's heart the lure of wonder, the
unfailing child-like appetite of what's next,
and the joy of the game of living. In the center
of your heart and my heart there is a wireless
station; so long as it receives messages of
beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from
men and from the Infinite, so long are you
young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is
covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of
pessimism, then you are grown old, even at
twenty, but as long as your aerials are up, to
catch waves of optimism, there is hope you
may die young at eighty.

御神輿だー

御神輿(おみこし)は、威勢良く担がないと。

でも、担ぐとそういう気分になるんだよな。

But when we carry an omikoshi on my shoulder, we become lively.

カタツムリ、最近見なくなったなー。
